Project ROM/01/009 was carried out between November 2001 and January
2004 by UNDP Romania, in cooperation with the Romanian
Ministry of Administration and Interior and with funding from USAID.
Its main output consists in the manuals below, parts of which are made
available through this website.
They were launched in December 2003 in Vienna,
as part of a Comprehensive Anti-trafficking Training Strategy for South-East
Europe.
